Planning

The team will stay in place for about 3 days during the change crew of the Brazilian Navy that resides on the island. We will be on the air from 10 to 40m.

Due to the limited time of the dxpedition, we will use vertical multiband antennas. The operation will be held with 3 operators on land for CW/SSB and 9 remote operators for FT-8.

Camp site design

Our plan consists of two operating areas: CW/SSB and FT-8.

The site will be separated for 300-400 meters, with the CW/SSB as the main camp site and FT-8 the auxiliar camp.

CW/SSB site

  • Rig: K3
    • Rig K3 backup
  • Antenna: to be defined
  • Amplifier: Expert 1.3K-FA-SPE

FT-8 site

  • Rig: IC-7300
  • Antenna: to be defined
  • Starlink
